submitted by Nick H. - |Recommended: NoWorst Place Ive Ever Lived — The apartments are beyond cheaply maintained, The maintenance is horrid I waited 4 months to get a disposal replaced which then leaked and would never come back to fix it after 5 months. At the same time i didnt have a working dishwasher for 5 months had 4 or 5 work orders made for it not once did anyone ever come look at it. So i left the complex and now they wont work with me for costs because I broke the lease early. One big reason because nothing would get fixed or taken care of. Terrible Customer service.

submitted by Mia D. - |Recommended: NoNot Your First Choice Of Apartments — Short handed staff. Unfortunately they switched managers about three times. There were too many problems with the appliances and paperwork that was not fixed for a very long time.

submitted by Laura C. - |Recommended: NoWouldn’t Recommend — The space over all is nice but they lied to us from the beginning. A big reason we moved here was bc they told us we would be able to get a stackable washer and dryer but weren’t able to have it installed bc they don’t have the right voltage plug and also there is no vent which will cause black mold. When we talked to them, they said to use a conversion plug for a 110 to a 220 can cause fire or electrocution and said to go ahead and install even with the safety issues. We moved here thinking we found our new home now we’re ready to get out of here. Very sad and disappointed.

As far as them fixing our AC which isn't working at all amongst other problems were having here. Absolutely nothing has gotten fixed. We just moved in and we would expect help from the staff. Which we haven't gotten.
