|Recommended: NoHorrible Place — Horrible help from staff. Took days to get my fridge repaired and spoiled my food. Took weeks to get proper AC in there as well through the summer. Especially when I first moved in y'all said the apartment was ready and it wasn't y'all had the housekeeper still cleaning the apartment while we were moving in. We also have photos of how y'all left us the apartment when I moved in but y'all want to charge me a arm and a leg for one damn spot on the carpet Also when it was raining my ceiling was leaking and took them forever to repair it I had to keep calling for all these repairs and keep putting in the same work orders because they kept acting like they never knew what was going on.
|Recommended: NoDo Not Recommend This Property — The company is not on top of things. It has been an awful experience living here. They don't follow up on this they promise. The apartment was not cleaned before I moved in I had to vacuum myself before I moved my furniture in. They obviously painted the walls in the apartment recently and the paint is all over the floors and counter tops. Very old and not up to date and not worth the rent at all.
|Recommended: NoA Star Is A Lot Of Rating — I lived in this property for 5 years I moved there in 2015 In May 2019 I informed them that the carpet was in poor condition because since I moved they had not worried about the conditions of the carpet I informed him that when I had moved to that department the carpet was used and they had only cleaned it for me, I informed them in September 2019 that I was pregnant and that the carpet was in very bad condition that they changed the floor for the baby's birth or I would go to another property But they never did anything they went and took photos and videos but they did absolutely nothing, every time I went to the office to find out what they would do, they told me that we had to wait for the owners to approve the money for the apartment, I contacted the office That this in Florida they told me that they would call me to see what to do but they never called me In February of this year I verbally informed them that if they did not give me a solution to my situation I was going to move because I had my baby prematurely and their response was that they could not do anything that I had to live with and on the broken and dirty carpet for a year more The property is good, but it is very old and they do not fix things and the price for heaven as if it were a property in Dubai Well in the end I had to move with my newborn boy who had just left NICU for another property and now they want me to pay them an exaggerated amount of money even for the folder that I had been living for five years I do not recommend that you rent these apartments at all A star is a great rating for them Parking when there were many people living on the property, because now there are not many people, you could not park in front of your apartment because there was no parking. Anyway this is useless and nobody does anything 😡😡

|Recommended: YesNice But Noisy — The apartment itself is overall very nice. Spacious, good amenities, and very friendly staff that are responsive and quick when something is needed to be fixed or talked about. Only downside is the walls are thin, making it easy to hear your neighbor. We sometimes get woke up to our upstairs neighbor walking around, taking a shower, and listening to music early in the mornings. It does get annoying when you have to work a lot and get woke up to someone simply just walking around their apartment and not trying to be loud at all. Other than that, it’s a friendly environment and the people are great.

|Recommended: NoPower Spraying — Did not let us know and came home to missing wreath and broken wreath and mess in doorway cause there is a gap in the door and if we were notified I would have removed my decorations so please let us know when these things are happening thank you

|Recommended: NoHave To Air Room Out Due To Strong Odor Of Weed. — Don’t live here. Rent is way to high and they will not keep your health or kids health in mind. Have someone living near me that smokes weed daily and the odor comes into my apartment and all that was done was some freshener sprayed on air filter to cover smell

|Recommended: Yes4Yrs In — Lived here for 4 years now looking at 5. 1st year was horrible, nothing worked in our apt we couldn’t get anything repaired because the old 2015 staff maintenance was unfriendly incompetent, the grounds were not taken care of pool was always green. 3 years later...after 2 ownerships new management it’s a completely different location. The Professional Staff Maintenance is fast friendly easy to get touch with. They have always personally worked with us to help keep our rent reasonable in this crazy oil field environment. If something breaks it’s usually fixed rather quickly now the pool water is clear clean. Apts are getting a much needed facelift the grounds are looking better better everyday.
