The maintenance barely comes an checks anything out, an they take forever to get anything done. We have been missing a bedroom door since we've moved in. We got told that a new one would be put in within the week, but a month and a half in the leasing term, we still have a door There is alot of stuff that still Ned's to be fixed but the list is to long to list here. But it all very from person to person so.

submitted by Anabell N. - |Recommended: NoAnabell Navarro — When we moved in our apartment it wasn’t fully ready , we have no smoke detectors , our shower had no knobs at first and when they came to put them on they put them on backwards , our blinds were are broken and continue to break off from previous residents and we put that in the form for them to come fix which they did not do , y’all cut the water off so often without warning multiple times through the months , and we haven’t had hot water for a month now March will make 2 Went to the office twice to tell them they still did not fix it so I put in a maintenance request and they sent me an email saying the job was completed but I STILL HAVE NO HOT WATER just a few of our problems.

submitted by Savannah A. - |Recommended: YesParking And Pets — Overall these apartments are great The only issues I have are the parking availability and I believe that the pet owners should be responsible for picking up after their pets. I’ve seemed to realize that the pet parks aren’t being used in my section, and mostly the side of my apartment gets used for taking out dogs and letting them use the bathroom there.

submitted by Jami H. - |Recommended: YesOverall Review — Hello, The Meadows apartments are a nice set up and relatively quiet place. Apartments are updated... the only complain I have is the staff is sometimes not attentive to the problems at hand within the maintenance. The maintenance guy I have spoken to is usually on top of his work and tries to get things done asap. But i have had many concerns that are urgent that have not gotten calls back to where I feel as if I have to call and email often when there shouldn't be. I feel like I have to be forceful towards my own home when there are problems within in. That really needs to be a task at hand especially for us.. but overall it is not bad and I enjoy the atmosphere and area. Just the problems that need to be fixed in our home should be paid more attention to.
