|Recommended: YesNice but Noisy — The apartment itself is overall very nice. Spacious, good amenities, and very friendly staff that are responsive and quick when something is needed to be fixed or talked about. Only downside is the walls are thin, making it easy to hear your neighbor. We sometimes get woke up to our upstairs neighbor walking around, taking a shower, and listening to music early in the mornings. It does get annoying when you have to work a lot and get woke up to someone simply just walking around their apartment and not trying to be loud at all. Other than that, it’s a friendly environment and the people are great.

Have someone living near me that smokes weed daily and the odor comes into my apartment and all that was done was some freshener sprayed on air filter to cover smell

|Recommended: Yes4yrs in — Lived here for 4 years now looking at 5. 1st year was horrible, nothing worked in our apt we couldn’t get anything repaired because the old 2015 staff maintenance was unfriendly incompetent, the grounds were not taken care of pool was always green. 3 years later...after 2 ownerships new management it’s a completely different location. The Professional Staff Maintenance is fast friendly easy to get touch with. They have always personally worked with us to help keep our rent reasonable in this crazy oil field environment. If something breaks it’s usually fixed rather quickly now the pool water is clear clean. Apts are getting a much needed facelift the grounds are looking better better everyday.
