|Recommended: NoNot So Happy — If You have trash on Blacony for more then 2 hours they give you an eviction notice . There’s no preferred parking . So it there’s spot by your unit taken you have to park on the other side . There’s only one trash location at this masszive complex. The walls are too thin . U can hear everything going on in every apartment around you . To much money for this living . Can’t really live comfortably . I do not recommend this place to others

|Recommended: YesI Find This A Pleasant Place To Live — I have been here a year now. The staff really does try to be accommodating and I have found the community to be a nice place to live. Its mostly working families. My neighbors are friendly and the grounds are kept clean.

|Recommended: NoThe Worst Place I’ve Lived — Prior to Advenir taking over phone calls were answered in a timely manner, messages were returned, and it actually looked a lot better. During the transfer of management, we were set to move in. We sat in the office for over an hour while our belongings were getting soaked because for some reason they couldn’t find any of our information. We had to fill out applications and paperwork all over again. We moved from 18 hours away and even called beforehand to make sure everything was ready to go to prevent all this from happening. Since living here, it has been an absolute disaster. Communication is awful between staff and maintenance staff does not follow through with requests. We have had several requests never fulfilled and on one occasion, I did the repair myself because no one would come fix it. When I confronted one of the maintenance guys about it, he told me not to tell management about it and as a favor he would shampoo the carpeting. Well of course that never happened. We are now going on day 6 of our apartment not being secure because the lock to the sliding door of our lanai doesn’t work. We are on the first floor, so this is obviously a security issue. We have called numerous times about this and have been told that someone is coming to fix it. I even called the emergency maintenance line since this is a security issue and never received a call back. At this point I don’t feel safe with my wife being there alone by herself without being able to lock the door. This is absolutely unacceptable and I cannot believe management has allowed this to happen. I will never recommend this place. Advenir does not care about its residents, only the money they are getting from these overpriced apartments ran by incompetent staff. We are spending quite a bit of money to break our lease just to escape from this place.
|Recommended: YesExcellent Place To Live With Few Exceptions — I would tell them that the place is nice with lots of amenities but some things need to be handled by owners. Such as trash in front of peoples apartments no staging , bicycle racks need to emptied of worthless trashy bikes, garbage area needs to be monitored for cleanliness, more lighting around complex, cameras need to be installed, and the rules of the pool and gym ares need to be strictly enforced.

|Recommended: NoRough Start, Happy Ending — When i first moved in I was rather skeptical about the place. The staff person handling my lease was nearly impossible to reach and screwed my lease up multiple times and the move in date was pushed on me a few times as they were still remodeling my apartment. All this extra time needed and on my move in date, the apartment had heavy paint fumes and cabinets were not upgraded and I did not have granite. So all the extra time was questionable and seemed as if it was all done the day before I moved. Seems plausible as my walls and bathroom tiles are bubbling and peeling in various areas. So the fact that I was almost over charged multiple times and could hardly reach someone and my apartment wasn't as advertised made it hard for me to think positively about this place. Well that awful staff person left and I now work with someone else in the front desk whom is a pleasure to work with. The maintenance guys have always been quick to respond anytime I needed them. The community is always up kept and looking great. Overall my outlook of these apartments is much brighter now, but I still wish my kitchen was upgraded as promised and my walls looked a little better. But none the less, I am in a great part of town and am yet to have repeat issues with staff and no issues with neighbors.

|Recommended: YesQuite A Community.... — After arriving to this newly remodeled complex I expected for this to truly be a wonderful experience. I learned quickly that this management was definitely not equipped to please their renters. I was called to move in a day earlier and upon arriving my unit was not ready for us to move at all. There were 10 things wrong with a unit, and our AC was being replaced as we entered the unit for the first time. Being there now for 5 months, none of those 10 things were ever fixed. A month ago, I was interested in installing a feature wall, and I went to fill out and pay for the service at the main office. Being at the entrance for 5-7 minutes and not having been helped, I asked the girl at the desk who was flirting with the security guard, if she was planning on helping me out at all. She asked what I wanted, I let her know, she then tells me they aren't providing the feature wall service anymore. She had no idea about it, nor bothered to inquire a little more about it for future guest who may be looking into getting that added to their remodeled unit.
Meanwhile at the pool and Jacuzzi, the Jacuzzi is continuously not working and the flooring is incredibly dirty. Everything looks like its covered with a thick layer of dirt. A power wash would be ideal for this complex.
Also, at the bridge in the entrance, there are absolutely no lights to guide the bikers and runners coming through as cars come in and out. This is truly a safety concern for drivers and those enjoying the trail.
It's great to know that my husband and I, started paying 1279 and now we are at 1336. Nothing is ever fixed, nothing has been improved to justify this increase in pay, and the staff continues to have zero customer service. Shocker. Can't say I am too surprised with this community.

|Recommended: NoAdvenir Needs To Take A Good Look In The Mirror — When we moved in under Greystar, it was a very nice place and people were neighborly. Now, the place is a free for all where drug use is permitted, where the horny toads have sex in the parking lot, and the gates barely ever work. This is no longer a place where I feel comfortable raising a family. But clearly Advenir is OK with that - I guess that's why there is a Section 8 Manager in place now. Which is probably why the noise from upstairs is never dealt with - I guess that is OK to them. So I guess if I want to be somewhere nicer and quieter, I'll need to get that raise I've been desperately seeking and get the flock out of here after this last renewal is up.
