|Recommended: YesNice Quite Spot — i like the location right in town but it doesn't feel like you are, very quite peaceful area. really wish the gates would be closed so only residents can come in and out, one of the reasons we picked this place. we pretty much keep to ourselves and almost a year of being here i have no complaints besides the gate.

|Recommended: YesNice Apartment In Quiet Place — I was totally satisfied living in this apartment complex for 10 months. Covered parking assigned place, extra cost saved my new car from hail a couple of times. Neighbors were quiet, rarely could be heard. Despite complex is located at the edge of town, road loading is low and it's very easy and fast to get to most popular places of Midland being close to the loop 250. Building are spaced well, landscape is taken care well. I haven't submitted much of maintenance requests but all I had were fixed timely. Staff support was one of the main reasons I chose this apartment complex.

|Recommended: YesDecent Place To Live For A Short Time — The complex is a little older, but the staff is helpful and attentive maintenance is also usually quick to respond to requests. Overall a decent safe place to live for a short time.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live Quiet Just Not Enough Free Parking — Fair not much noise parking is just a problem people leave trailers and take up parking spots.

|Recommended: NoNeeds Help — People don't pick up after there dogs. Lots of trash around. The workout room is tiny. No more than two people can be in there at one point. Even then we get in each other's way. Outside some of the buildings, people throw their cigarette butts on the ground. The worst part is I feel like I live a small box. My apartment is less than 600 sq ft. And it says it's for two people. However, the staff is really nice and accommodating. The help out even before the open the lobby. The maintenance guy is really nice and and cares a lot about the people in the complex. How ever the office lost my maintenance ticket several times. I didn't get my request done for almost a month.
