|Recommended: YesRent — I was told by the manager that they were going to fix our rent and still shows I am late. I was told to pay 1090 at move in and that was it. Please fix the issue.
Everything else is perfect. Had no complains. Staff is amazing a helpful and very kind to me.

|Recommended: NoStill Waiting For Several Items To Be Repaired — I turned in my list of necessary repairs to my new apartment almost 2 weeks ago and nothing has been done. These are items that can be repaired with minimum effort but none have been addressed.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartments — For the price you pay, you really do get quality living. I can never hear any of the outside noise, but people driving by in the neighborhood. The only problem with the staff is every time I ask for anything, they ALL tell me to wait until Celina can answer. Now Celina is excellent. She’s very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I just wish I didn’t have to always depend on her working that day to get an answer or help.

|Recommended: NoCondition Of Living — Right down the hallway in apartment n103 they are doing drugs weed. I have a family of 3 youngest is 2 and my family is literally down the hallway from this. This particular apartment has different tenets every other week they leave a mound of cigarette buds on the ground and beer bottles laying everywhere. This apartment complex used to be very nice didn’t have to worry about anything we shouldn’t have to worry about thing with the price we pay here.
