|Recommended: YesGood community. — It’s a good place to live. Only problem is people smoking weed and people above you make to much noise when walking around in there apartment.

|Recommended: YesSafe feeling, great location, spacious layout — My 2 bedroom layout is spacious, the office staff has been great. I've maintenance out multiple times and it's always been a day or two after submitting the work order. He's been friendly and great I love the website I can do everything through. The pool looks is great, the gym laundry facility is convenient. The one thing I wish there was was a playground. There's definitely enough space so maybe they can take this as a suggestion.

|Recommended: YesConsultation. Pool Area Use — Good afternoon, Luis Lopez, resident in apartment E108, writes to you. I require your consideration to know if we can use the pool area on Saturday September 12th for my youngest daughter's birthday. The estimated time of use would be a maximum of 2 hours and with the commitment to leave the place clean and tidy. It will be a maximum of 10 people 4 children . Before making any plan I require your approval. I await your response, I thank you in advance for your collaboration. The pool area will be open all the time WE JUST WANT A SMALL SPACE TO BE IN OUR MITTING.
