|Recommended: NoVery Disappointed — Really dirty entrance to buildings. I'm being charge for a valet trash which very often doesn't pick up the trash bags or not leave trash bins. Cover car park is very expensive in comparison with similar places 75 , but now for new residents is free, so I'm feeling ripped off. Payment every month changes and lately I noticed that I was charge for paying by wire transfer eChack , which it is said to be free on the website. btw I have to left a deposit of 2.4k for a rent of 1.6k for a term of a year. I hope to see my money back and move out to a better place for that money.

|Recommended: NoNot Worth The Rent — Built fast with poor finishing. Have already had multiple issues. Truck was broken in to. Since switching owners advertised rent has dropped over 200 with no negotiations to current residents.

|Recommended: YesLove The Location, Appreciate The Staff — Appreciate how nice the apartments and grounds are. The quality on some of the materials could have stayed consistent with the other nice materials. Took them a while to fix my air conditioner, but they were always professional and in communication with me. Overall I would recommend

|Recommended: NoLoud Noise From Both Up And Down Stairs Neighbor, Dog Waste All Over The Lawn Behind Building 5. — I can hear my neighbor listening to their music at 6 in the morning and they like to keep it going for 2 hours straight. Tried to communicate with them but it did not go well, and they decided to schedule their music to play from 6 to 8 in the morning even when they are not home. Would call the front office, but the time they play music is not during the office which means I cannot show the staff how loud they are. We can hear every step our up stair neighbor takes and it is very loud and disturbing. There are many dog owner who does not pick up after their dogs, there is a lot of dog waste at the dog park and now at the lawn behind building 5. Something has to be done, about the waste.
