|Recommended: NoCommon Area Upkeep — The pool bathroom is disgusting, two dead birds in pool area. Since Advinir purchased complex upkeep is horrible. Previous owners kept everything clean and the pool area and bathroom cleaned daily. Pool was closed since March and was supper green. Finally opened back up four days ago. Took two months for them to empty dog trash and refill the trash bags.

|Recommended: NoShould Have Went To A Budget Apartment, At Least They Try — This is the worst complex ever. Still waiting on management to call me back already made a complaint with Housing and Urban Development. Hope they shut this place down. Funding trash.

|Recommended: YesVery Clean And Nice Place To Live, With A Great Location — Living at Legado Ranch has so many perks as a resident Door to door trash service, a workout facility, and a pool, how could you not love it There is always so much available parking I never have to worry about finding a close spot These are just a few of the reasons why Legado Ranch is great

|Recommended: NoGreat But Pricey — It is great here, and I am constantly getting asked, why are you not renewing your lease It is because this complex is extremely pricey. The apartment housing bubble will pop in the Permian. I hope Legado locks in rental agreements before it does but I'm not going to be that sucker.

|Recommended: NoSince Property Became Advenir, Quality Has Dropped Greatly. — The Units are nice and large, but maintenance is a joke, don't expect the dog park to be taken care of, or any of the actual community to be. Parking here has a bunch of abandon vehicles. People have had vehicles stolen. Also, watch out for property mangers here to be wanted by the police.

|Recommended: YesNew Resident Living At Legado Ranch For A Month — Moved in here from a building nearby, its been great. Love the Gym use it all the time and great location away from major roads and very quiet. Apartment is great Laminate wood floors are great and granite counter top. Walls are a bit thin but no better or worse that other places. Neighbors are not too noisy
