There were a few hiccups and she worked through them so well. Vivian, Sophie and the entire staff are incredible. There have been a few issues since move in, but the staff was quick to respond and work for a solution.

The Staff of Sophie and Marley are simply top notch. Always available, always friendly - treated me like a friend not just a resident. Accommodations are as nice as I have lived in for rental property. The place is professional and upscale for for small town USA. The only downside is renters that do NOT clean up after their own dogs. Otherwise is 5 star all the way. This is no knock on the staff. Many reminders from the office to clean up after ourselves. As well, small issue, but a small inconvenience... parking is a premium... but i also don't want an endless parking lot. Its a minor inconvenience compared to upscale living and really nice and friendly neighbors.

The door is absolutely due to the doors shutting on their own and not them slamming the door. Other than that the accommodations and living space are second to none at this price point in the area.

The first is that parking is sometimes limited in front of my building. The second is that some of my neighbors play their music extremely loudly. As a night shift nurse, this often makes it very difficult for me to sleep during the days that I am scheduled to work.

Another thing is the amount of dog waste that is left and not picked up, which is no fault of the staff as they are constantly reminding residents to pick it up. submitted by Caitlen B. - |Recommended: YesAbsolutely Love It — Only complaint we have is there are a lot of tenants that do not clean up after their animals outside, but other than that, we love it I think turf should be placed over the gravel in the dog park, because that gravel is extremely sharp on their paws.
