To qualify for residency, applicants must demonstrate a gross monthly household income of at least three times the monthly rent. Through our partnership with SNAPPT, we provide an encrypted, FCRA-compliant service that securely verifies applicant income and supporting financial information.

Our in-depth credit check evaluates credit scores, debt-to-income ratios, and financial history. Please note, applicants with an open bankruptcy will not be eligible for approval.

To qualify for residency at Advenir at Adams Farm, applicants must demonstrate a gross monthly household income of at least three times the monthly rent. Income is verified securely through our screening process and may require supporting documentation.
For example, if the monthly rent is $1,500, the household must demonstrate a minimum gross monthly income of $4,500.
All applicants are also subject to the community's credit, background, rental history, and other screening requirements outlined above.
