|Recommended: YesThe Advenir — This is not a bad place to live, however the maintenance staff is nothing if not completely unhelpful, they cut a hole in my shower on my second day living here and even after being here almost 2 months they have yet to fix it despite my constant reminders to them

|Recommended: NoMaintenance Neglect — I’ve been asking for my doors to be fixed going on two months now. It’s hard to get anything fixed around here I’ve waited a year for my microwave to be fixed and still hasn’t been fixed

|Recommended: NoHonestly...not That Great — It take maintenance forever to get work orders completed...was without AC for the first month and a half of my lease and wasn't compensated through a lower rent or anything...maintenance enters your apartment to make updates without any notice.
