|Recommended: NoNoise — The neighbors play music entirely too loud all day, and they smoke drugs on their patio. Maintenance people are nice but like to enter into apartment without my knowledge and without my consent.

|Recommended: NoCould Be Better — The pricing is quite high for what you get. Don't get me wrong, we enjoy living here, but the cost is a little much. We are currently in a dated' , unrenovated unit, which we have slowly become unhappy with. All of the closet doors are rusted. The door sweep on the front door is non-existent allowing all sorts of bugs into our apartment, you can see light from under the door. Either another resident or possible lawn maintenance personnel has been leaving trash near our front door, along with a resident allowing their dog to urinate defecate in the hallway right in front of our door, which is not only disgusting, but also a hazard to our infant son. On multiple occasions we have found USED condoms on the sidewalks near the children's park while taking my son on a walk, which is absolutely disgusting and trashy. When we first moved in we were TOLD by the maintenance manager or whomever he was, that the German cockroaches we found in our apartment were NORMAL, because it was FLORIDA. Obviously you guys are trying to pull a fast one on your residences. German roaches come from filth, and nasty living conditions. Palmetto bugs come from the woods here in FL. Overall, the price you pay is definitely not what you get here. It's not the worst apartment complex, but it is by far not the best, and unfortunately I would not recommend this place to anyone.

|Recommended: NoOne of the worst ran apartments — Pool is always dirty closed. In the past week we have gone to the pool and left because it’s either too cloudy to determine if there is a stick, frog or turd at the bottom, or the surface is so covered in dead bugs that it’s impossible to enjoy. We have quit going to the gym and joined one because there is never any sanitizer or paper towels and the trash is simply over flowing because it never gets emptied and is simply not healthy. The lights at the back of the property, near the trash, are always out at night, simply not safe. We have light switches that we have been told will just never work. You can see light coming they the front door, which means we are just cooling the outside everyday. This whole apt is shit. The front desk ladys are incompetent. Nothing ever gets done by maintenance no matter how many times you submit a request. The front gate continuously doesn’t scan, and our names are not even in the actual log at the keypad. So out of here ASAP.

|Recommended: YesCozy home great neighbors — I would tell them it's a great place to live. It can be adorable if you do your homework... Like most apartments they have their problems but 9 10 maintence it's quick staff and everyone is very friendly 10×s better than Laguna Bay

|Recommended: NoWhat Happened — I have lived here for almost five years now that we have changed hands so to speak the community has gone down hill. The office staff keeps changing and they are of no help everything is “You have to talk to Henry” Henry is nice and he has been helpful don’t get me wrong but it’s horrible. The took down the gazebo over the BBQ area and it looks horrible. The grounds are never cleaned up and if something is broken it takes weeks the handicap sign has been upside down for weeks Maintenance is always hanging out smoking and things never get done the first time. It’s always smoky at the pool so I can’t enjoy it. Now we have this “adjustment” out of the blue for water that the office will only say it’s Collier County not us. My apartment is having major issue with the air conditioner to the point that the carpet where is is is soaked and now I am nervous that there is mold and then they will need to pull the carpet and want to up my rent when I have to renew which I will have to not by choice I am a cancer patient and can’t move right now. The hours at the office are when everyone is at work.

|Recommended: YesThe pool and gym area are amazing, units are expensive. — I enjoy the community living, my unit is quiet and I enjoy the lanai. I have an upgraded unit, but it was upgraded in the cheapest way. paint brush strokes, tub surround was painted and is bubbled up, old faucet in bathroom. The two girls that work up front have really bad customer service skills. They are sometimes rude and don't know how to talk to people. I love the neighbors and it feels like a real neighborhood. The manager is nice and has good customer service skills but is pulled too thin.
