|Recommended: NoNot Gated, And Not Air Conditioned. — The community is not gated, gates are for decoration. Due to that people that don't live here roam constantly and loudly party in the pool. Mom residents have physically threatened residents when questioned. Paid covered parking isn't enforced. I've had nothing but trouble with my A C and it's 100 degrees all summer.

There is plenty of parking available which was a huge plus for us. |Recommended: YesWould Recommend, With A Warning About Utility Fees — I love my apartment 1132 . The staff has always been nice and helpful.
My main problem with this complex is the extra utility fees. Rent was advertised as 849.00 a month for my studio. I routinely pay around 930.00. Every complex I've ever lived in, the rent covered these extra utility fees, except for the water bill. I've asked friends and coworkers and none of them understand why I have all of these extra utility fees in addition to rent. I didn't really learn of these extra fees until I was fully through the lease agreement.
Also, I was thinking that living in an upscale complex like this, I wouldn't have to deal with disruptive neighbors, but I've had several neighbors that party into the late night and have no regard for how loud they are when people are trying to sleep. I have complained about that before and there has been some improvement.
It's a very nice complex with nice staff, but the rent and extra utility costs is very deceptive. I will very likely not be renewing my lease when it ends. I'm not having trouble financially paying, but I feel 849 was acceptable rent for a studio, not 930. I'd also much prefer to take out my own trash than pay for valet service, but cannot opt out of that service.

|Recommended: NoAir Conditioning — By far the worst apartments I have ever stayed at. I Have had air conditioning issues several times in the heat of summer and it never gets fixed properly or on time, usually takes several days for them to get to anything. Bad management. Currently 80 degrees in my apartment.

|Recommended: NoGood Property High Rent — Overall a decent complex. For the amount of money they charge however some of the features could be better. If you actually sit down and look at the interior of the apartment and on the balcony you can see workmanship issues. Something as simple as a vent in the wall being crooked which is easily corrected. The trim is cracked in places. Pain missing on guardrails. Mortar missing from masonry work. Just simple workmanship issues. Also every dryer vent system in the stairwell needs cleaning. The walls are also really thin so you can hear almost everything your neighbors are doing. Also it's a gated community but in a six month time frame the gates only worked a handful of times. Parking is also really tight. Very clean and well kept. Nice staff. Good area. Nice selection of amenities. Overall decent place to live. Only problem is for the price you pay it would be nice for the workmanship issues to be corrected.
