Termite Treatment Notice

Dear Advenir at La Costa Residents,

As part of our continued commitment to maintaining the community, we are moving forward with a planned termite treatment initiative. Our team is committed to completing this work as efficiently as possible and to providing clear communication along the way.

Following a full property walk with a licensed pest control professional, a treatment plan has been created for each building. Some buildings will require full fumigation (tenting), while others will receive targeted treatment as part of this community-wide initiative.

Important: Treatment will begin on Monday, April 27, 2026, with one building scheduled for service that week. Only residents in that specific building will need to vacate their apartment by the end of Sunday, April 26, 2026, for approximately three days during the treatment period.

From there, treatment will continue on a rolling schedule, with a different building serviced each week. Residents should refer to the treatment schedule that was previously emailed and delivered to their door for their building’s specific dates. This tentative schedule will also be made available on the community website for easy reference.

Once treatment has started, no residents will be allowed to re-enter the premises until all-clear has been given by the pest control company.

We understand that this may feel disruptive. Please know that the treatment will be completed by licensed professionals utilizing industry standards, and apartments will only be cleared for re-entry once it is appropriate to return.

If you have questions on how your building will be affected, please contact the office or attend the upcoming town hall.

We want to make this process as manageable as possible for those affected. Hotel accommodations will be available for residents in buildings requiring fumigation, if needed, and most household pets can also be accommodated by the hotel.

Please complete the sign-up form by April 21, 2026 if you need accommodations.

You will also receive this same communication by email with a live link included for your convenience.

In addition, we will be hosting a resident town hall where you will have the opportunity to meet the vendor performing the work, learn more about the treatment process, and ask any questions you may have. Additional details about that meeting will be shared soon.

Please also review the attached preparation instructions carefully so you know what to expect and how to prepare, if applicable.

Thank you,
Advenir at La Costa Team
