|Recommended: YesWish I Could Give More Stars… — Love love the area and amenities provided. Complex grounds are really nice as well. I would love to give a higher rating however there are a few cons. Parking is not the best for residents. Parking spots are always taken it seems for actual residents near closest to the building. There have been numerous dog droppings all around the lawn not being picked up after . It may be helpful to have more dog cleanup poles around

|Recommended: YesImprovement — the last admin used to have a full rack with some amenities in the club house, full of sparkling water and juices, snacks etc no big deal but your prices are higher try to give us at least the same than the last admin.

|Recommended: NoNeeds Improvement All Around. — Pointers. - Walk way stair wells floors all have stains and dirt never swept or power washed.
- a load of seating areas bare minimum entertainment no game lobby entertainment including pool side area, none of the outside TVs work nor does the fire place.
- a pool table located in the lobby can help bring the community together to get to know each other.
- the grills do not work
- just a suggestion dogs are walked all over the property instead of a dog park maybe a playground for the kids
-gym addition suggestion maybe a back workout machine instead of a universal machine.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I'm new to GA and so I picked this complex since it was brand new and just being built. That brought just a few issues. There was debris from construction left over in my apartment and some things were done a little quickly so they weren't done perfectly. However, any problem I have had was addressed quickly and efficiently. I have had a great experience so far.
