The gates have worked 2 days in the 2 months I’ve been here. I’ve asked for maintenance to address things and that doesn’t happen. I’ve been fined and treated without regard. I believe I am the ideal resident but feel like a victim for the property to take advantage of. They just want your money. Once you sign the lease you are nobody.
