|Recommended: NoSmelly Trash cans on hallways — This has always been a great, homely and safe place for me.I have lived here cumulatively for over 4 years. I still love this place, but unfortunately, the introduction of valet trash collection recently has caused me to think twice about whether I want to renew my lease next year, or recommend anyone to make this place their home. My friends and family used to make good comments about our complex when they visit, but no more. All they talk about now is the smelly trash on the floor. Residents leave their trash on the hallway, particularly on my floor. Between Friday morning until when trash is picked up Sunday night, and on pick up days when the company doesn't show up, the floor looks like a trash site with loads of smelly trash, cockroaches and other living creatures walking around. It's in fact an eyesore, and something should be done about it. We receive these notices telling residents not to have their cans outside from 9-6 , but I have come to realize like it is toothless notice. Something needs to be done before people start catching diseases unnecessarily. Enforce the rules. I hope you don't target me for speaking up. If you do, so be it. I am telling you the truth.

|Recommended: YesVery nice property — Every time we have an issue, it is fixed within 24 hours. There is no trash anywhere other than the dog poo that the residents don't pick up but other than that, it is quite peaceful here and very beautiful

|Recommended: YesSome neighbors dont appreciate this beautiful property — Its a veautiful place yet you have neighbors who lower the property value. I had to call the cops. Everyday its a couple yelling out obscenities..threatening to beat up a neighbor everyday
|Recommended: YesI love it here — I just moved here a few months ago and my experience has been really good so far. The office staff have been so helpful, I literally love them I practically got a brand new apartment as everything was new in fresh when I moved in. The only thing that I do not care for about this apartment is the parking. Luckily I was able to purchase a car port but this sucks for visitors. They have no where to park. I rarely have people over because of that. I'm not sure how they can even fix that but I hope they come up with something.
|Recommended: YesReferring a Friend — I would say the apartments are very spacious compared to newer complexes and most residents and staff are friendly. I would also tell them that management charges an extra fee for mandatory online rent payments and that many residents are very careless about their driving and their trash.
