They charge for everything even shit you don’t even require just nickel and dime you for everything and even cheat you out your deposit at the end. Water has been linking for months outside of building 8 and we are having to pay for it. I will never recommend anyone, trash pails up daily at the trash dumpster and entire complex is starting to look like the trash dumpster.

|Recommended: YesNot worth your money and my rent was increased after i was given a written offer. — Presently, I'm very unhappy with my experience of living here since Oct. 4th. Every other day I have to send through a work order for the same problems that have not been resolved. This has been a miserable experience for me and the worst experience I have had so far in the 40 years of living in apartments. No, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

|Recommended: YesYour car will be towed for no reason and you will have to pay for it — My car got towed 2 times already for no clear reason. I called the front office and they do not reply to to my calls. The staff here is terrible and do not care about the residents that live here. I will not be renewing my contract and will be talking to my legal team about my car being towed for no reason. You know its a terrible property when you cant park your car and it not being there when you wake up.

The staff are great and willing to help any way possible. If your looking for a place to call home this is the place.

I don’t even live here and I am furious. Long story short.. registered or not, your car might get towed and the office will not help in any way. Don’t live here, don’t visit someone who lives here. Avoid it if you do not want to pay so much just to get your car back.

|Recommended: YesThe property itself is pretty nice, the grounds could be a little cleaner. — Nice place, caring office staff and maintenance crew. They've been implementing a lot of changes recently, so it's understandable that things are a little off but I believe this is temporary.

|Recommended: NoRent Elsewhere — I’ve had problems with this complex since before even stepping foot into my unit. From the hassle dealing with the incompetent employees whom lack decent customer service skills, all the way to the HORRIBLE parking as well as newly incorporated parking policy, and the POORLY renovated apartments. They look nice on the outside but unfortunately, it’s not what it cracks up to be. I’m so over the apartments. They RARELY answer the phones. The “property manager” Just throw her completely away or demote her, as she speaks like a regular employee and holds the same comprehension as such. Spend your money elsewhere. BUD is literally the only positive thing abt this complex.
