|Recommended: NoLived here for two years, left because the prices became unsustainable. Communication from office staff was terrible. Maintenance of the building was sub par. Garbage disposal broken at least once a month. Front gate has been broken and incomplete for two years since I lived here. They started putting nasty orange stickers on people's cars, and then suddenly stopped, and suddenly started again. Tenants kept having overnight parties so could not find parking after sundown. Water is very hard so you develop rings of metals in your toilets - and literal gunk coming out of faucets. Do not drink the water because it tastes like metal. Their knowledge of their own system is limited and we received misinformation three times that caused us to have to pay 5400 move out fees which is why I am leaving them appropriate reviews on every platform I can find. I paid my 5400 so its not like I owe these people anything - just providing an honest experience to anyone else looking for an apartment.

|Recommended: NoNot A Safe Place To Live — Not a great place for the amount that is paid for.
This will say a lot not too long ago, one of the construction worker's assigned to work on the floor above us came into my place while I was half-clothed. They seemed to be scoping the area and checking the doors - which made me believe this action was on purpose. Not only was this uncalled for, but it also made me feel unsafe.
In addition to this, those same construction workers who have been here for approximately 2 weeks have been smoking cigarettes on the grounds - contrary to Advenir's No Smoking Policy.
I contacted Advenir about the incident with the construction worker - just got a call saying it would be addressed. I received a half-hearted apology and a I will address. No follow up ever since.
