|Recommended: YesSolid with exception of some maintenance concerns — April is lovely in the leasing office. The only concern I have is the maintenance issues very delayed several weeks for a leak in the bathroom sink , esthetically there are pieces missing from the fountain and pillars rusty, too . The gym also does not have towels or sanitizing spray. AC is also spotty and gym equipment does not work consistently.

|Recommended: YesLiving in Advenir — The apartment complex is nice, quiet, peaceful and safe, but the maintenance is the one needs to be improved. I asked for a pest control because there are a lot of cockroaches in the unit but no one came and the job order says it was completed but no one came to our unit to do pest control. Also, the property staff is not responsive and prompt for our request about sending a lease for one of our housemate. We already went to the office for the electronic lease to be signed and nothing was sent to the email, multiple emails but no reply from the office. I hope this matter should be address. But all in all, we are enjoying our stay in Advenir. Thank you and more power

They just pretend that they care but they don’t actually solve your problem, until they his day I’m Waiting for them to send someone to fix the bathrooms.
